SEC Vice President Lisa Fuerst Continues to Give Back as Incoming Chair of Citrus Valley Health Foundation
New Role Highlights Fuerst’s Ongoing Commitment to See Lives Changed
WEST COVINA, Calif.— A longtime supporter of charitable organizations and philanthropic efforts that give back, Success Education Colleges Vice President Lisa Fuerst will carry that passion into her new role as incoming Chair of the Citrus Valley Health Foundation (CVHF). Created in 1994, the foundation promotes healing and nurturing individuals and families by working with the community to sustain Citrus Valley Health Partners and its medical facilities. These include, Inter-Community Hospital, Queen of the Valley Hospital, Foothill Presbyterian Hospital, and Citrus Valley Hospice—all of which provide invaluable patient care to residents of the San Gabriel Valley and beyond.
Lisa explained that this role ties back to the same purpose—to see lives changed for the better. As SEC’s Vice President, she works to change the lives of students who choose the Colleges as their path toward a brighter future. In her role with CVHF, she is dedicated to upholding the standard of health care across Citrus Valley Health Partners’ facilities—positively impacting the thousands of patients they serve every year.
Lisa’s role as CVHF Chair also includes leading the Gala Committee, which puts on the foundation’s Annual Black Tie Gala—its largest fundraising event of the year.
“I am excited to serve as Chair of the Citrus Valley Health Foundation—an organization that significantly affects the community-based health care available in the San Gabriel Valley,” Lisa shared. “It ties so well into what we do at the Colleges as we continue to give back to our communities.”
